What type of products do you offer?

We offer a variety of lace wigs, including lace closure/frontal wigs and full lace wigs in various cap sizes, bundles, frontals, and closures. For more information on lace types and hair origins, visit Lace Learn More.

Do you offer custom wig making services?

We unfortunately do not offer this service at this time.

Why are some of the Laces and Bundles sold out on the site?

Our raw hair is ethically collected from healthy donors, but the process is time-consuming and requires a restock system. To stay informed about stock availability, use the “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” button under each product or sign up for our newsletter. This helps us maintain a streamlined supply chain and ensures high-quality products.

Why are some of the wigs sold out on the site?

Our unique colored wigs are often sold out due to the limited production of each color, as our goal is to create a unique color that only a select few customers will own.

Do you accept rush orders?

No, we do not currently offer rush orders.

Do you offer mentoring or coaching services for aspiring entrepreneurs?

HAIR QUALITY AND LACE TYPES

Difference between Virgin hair & Raw hair?

Our Lace Wigs are fully constructed, well customized and constructed with a standard 5×5, 6×6 13×4, or 13×6 Lace Closure or Frontal in HD Lace, and 2-4 bundles depending on the specified length. These units can be worn 100% GLUE-LESS and include elastic bands, adjustable straps

Our Raw units an be bleached to 613.

VIRGIN HAIR is human hair that is typically collected from several donors that has been mechanically or chemically modified to produce desired textures and/or colours. For example popular *BONE STRAIGHT* falls in this category

RAW HAIR is human hair that has not undergone any chemical processing and usually obtained from single donors and free from synthetic additives.

You offer many types of laces, Can you please help guide us in choosing one?

For those new to wigs, hair extensions, and lace fabrics, we recommend checking our Learn Lace page to familiarize yourself with various lace types. Additionally, taking a personalized quiz can help you find the right wig, hair quality, or lace for your specific needs.

Hair care for your lace

Our HD LACE are incredibly delicate due to their thin design and should be handled with care to avoid tearing or creating holes in the lace. To extend their longevity, we recommend that clients and customers avoid wearing them daily.

For a natural look, we also suggest bleaching and customizing the frontal. However, when bleaching the knots, do not over-process them, as this can lead to shedding or balding. To prevent this, regularly check the knots during the bleaching process.

Since our HD frontals are transparent, you may need to tint the lace to match your skin tone for a seamless and flawless finish.

Hair care for your wigs?

Caring for hair extensions may require a bit of attention, but with the right maintenance and minimal effort, your extensions will stay beautiful and luxurious.

Treat your extensions with the same care as your natural hair and enjoy the longevity of our bundles.

Apply only small amounts of product to avoid weighing the hair down.

Protect your extensions at night by sleeping with a satin bonnet or pillowcase.

Always use a heat protectant before styling with hot tools.

When you wash your hair we recommend the use of sulfate-free shampoo. Rinse thoroughly, then apply a generous amount of moisturizing conditioner from weft to tip.

To protect your extensions, cuticles, and scalp, use lukewarm water when shampooing.

Wash gently with your palms in a downward motion—avoid scrubbing or bunching the hair, as this can cause the cuticles to rub together and create friction.

While wet, apply 2-3 drops of natural oils like Almond or Coconut oil to evenly moisturize the hair and penetrate the cuticles for extra hydration.

Use a small amount of Argan, Almond, or Coconut oil 2-3 times a week or as needed. Argan oil works well for styling and taming frizz but doesn’t provide as much moisture as Almond or Coconut oil.

Some shedding is normal, but excessive shedding—more than what you would typically experience with your natural hair—is not.

Avoid products containing sulfates, isopropyl alcohol, formaldehyde, and propylene glycol, as these harsh chemicals can strip the hair of natural oils, leaving it dry and potentially damaged over time.

Keep in mind that longer hair typically comes with thinner wefts.

If you plan to bleach or colour your extensions, we strongly recommend seeking professional assistance to ensure the best results.

How can we purchase your wigs?

We offer online and store purchases for wigs not listed above. Any wigs not listed are always available for sale or will be back in stock. To be the first to know when wigs are back in stock, use the “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” box.

What Cap Sizes do you offer for wigs?

We currently offer all wigs cap size using the standard sizes as follow and will soon offer XS and XL Cap sizes:

Small Cap Size: 21″- 21.5″

Medium Cap Size: 22″- 22.5″

Large Cap Size: 23″ – 23.5″

Can you make a wig if I provide the hair/ my own bundles?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service at this moment.

Can you make a wig if we buy the hair/bundles from your website?

We currently offer direct bank transfer or payment via stripe.

PROCESSING TIME & RESTOCK

How often do you restock sold out items?

The company restocks Burma and SEA Raw hair once a month, while Virgin and Premium Virgin hair are always in stock. Unique wigs do not restock. Customers can receive restock alerts by using the “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” button or following Hairby3i on Instagram.

What is the normal processing time for orders?

To ensure accurate shipping times, please review the processing time for each item. Processing time refers to Hairby3i’s preparation time, while shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered. Shipping speed varies based on the checkout speed, but processing can fluctuate based on the season, especially during the holiday season.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Address?

Standard Shipping on all orders. Orders take up to 8-12 business days to be delivered from when parcel is shipped.

Express Shipping?

Orders via Express Delivery take up to 3 working days to be delivered from when parcel is shipped.

• Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

• Our couriers deliver during normal business hours and a signature may be required upon receipt. • Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient. Hairby3i is not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. • If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card. • Please note that orders will not be delivered on any public holiday dates in your country. On these occasions delivery should be expected to arrive the next working day.

Underdelivered Order?

You will be able to follow your order with the tracking number that is provided via email once your goods have been dispatched. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order please email us on Contacthairby3i@gmail.com

Duties and Customs Fees?

For all international orders, Hairby3i does not include duties or custom fees in shipping fees. Therefore, depending on the destination country, duties and customs will be levied by the destination country. Hairby3i is not

responsible for duties and Customs fees levied by other countries. By purchasing on our website, you agree that any duties and fees levied will be paid by you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. All international orders are shipped via DHL and UPS.

How long is shipping?

Shipping speed depends on the shipping you pick at checkout but our normal shipping speed is 2 to 4 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping speed and processing time are two different variables.

Do you currently accept returns?

Yes, we do as long as the product is un-worned and in its original packaging. To learn more about our return and refund policy and, the process to return your items.

What solutions do you propose if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?

Hairby3i prioritizes quality products and fast processing times. If you’re unsatisfied with an item, we’re happy to work with you to find a fair solution. We uphold our Returns and Refunds Policy on all website purchases. CLASSES

Do you offer wig making classes?

Yes, we do but our wig making classes are seasonal. We usually announce scheduled class dates on Instagram. Make sure to follow up to be the first to know when they are offered.

Do you offer coloring classes?

Yes, we do. We only offer coloring classes seasonally throughout the year. We encourage you to check our Instagram for more information about our classes when they become available.
